If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds are made to the original payment method (Mobile Money wallet or card) within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you — please report them within 48 hours with a photo.
Outlet items: no returns
Outlet items are sold as seen at a heavy discount, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each item’s condition is described with photos on its page. Please inspect outlet items at our Spintex or Haatso showroom before buying. Call or WhatsApp 050 893 8478 / 055 357 2145 to arrange a viewing.
